The Accountable Community Project™

amarillo_accountability_comversationThe Accountable Community Project (TACP) is a community wide research initiative led by international business consultant, speaker and author and founder of The Accountability Movement, Sam Silverstein. TACP helps communities live the values of access, inclusion, equality and advocacy by its citizens in the areas of government, education, healthcare, business and not-for-profit organizations.

Communities are at the heart of the social fabric of a country and drive economic and agricultural stability.  Communities are recognizing that it is critical for multiple voices in all sectors of their community to come together and commit to a process that helps them as a community establish a better quality of life for all its citizens.

Communities who participate in TACP will experience an intense, thought provoking and fun community wide development that will include leaders from the business, education, not-for-profit, healthcare, and government sectors, along with interested citizens, who will be brought together to begin the conversations around the weighty issues that keep communities divided. People of all ages (from students through retired seniors), socioeconomic backgrounds, faiths and races will be involved in shaping and participating in these important conversations. And, everyone will come to the table as equals with the opportunity to express their opinions, desires and solutions.

Facilitated by Sam and his team, TACP steps communities through a process that helps them rediscover the art of conversation and find ways to work together that uniquely fit their culture and citizens.
